Cucumber Lemon Water
There’s nothing more refreshing than a nice tall glass of Cucumber Lemon Water. This classic detox water recipe will help your body detox and flushes you out, and it tastes great, too.

Cucumber Lemon water is also immunity boosting. The cucumber acts as an anti-inflammatory and the lemons boost your immunity. It will flush your system and help you feel better. Lemon Cucumber Water is made by simply combining cucumbers with lemons in water to create a delicious treat
Ingredients to make a pitcher
- 1/2 Lemon thinly sliced
- 1/4 Cucumber thinly sliced

Watermelon Lemon Smoothie
Watermelon is an amazing, super hydrating fruit, full of nutrients for healthy skin, organs and of course more energy and clarity in your life!
Watermelon is excellent for detoxing and helping the body to flush out excess toxins and slim down. Enjoy this recipe and use up your entire watermelon by having a watermelon day or have only watermelon smoothies and water up until lunchtime, it feels so good!
Lemon is full of antioxidants, tasty and is a great cleansing tool, for the body, as well as for lots of cleaning in your home.
You might think the cayenne is a weird addition, but you’ll see it’s the perfect ingredient to be in this smoothie. Cayenne will also give your metabolism a boost, filling you with great energy.
- 3 Cups of Watermelon
- 1-2 lemons, peeled & deseeded
- pinch of cayenne
- 1/4 cup water (or sub for raw coconut water)
- (1) Stick of Detox Boost
Instructions: Blend all ingredients together, you can leave the watermelon seeds in. I like to scoop out about 3 cups of melon, blend together first before adding water that way I can achieve my desired consistency. This drink tastes very good when it’s thinned out.
Tomato Celery Bloody Mary
Tomato juice contains lycopene, fiber, and water, which uniquely benefit the colon.
Celery is a great blood cleanser. It can even work to clear out toxins caused by environmental pollutants or cigarette smoke.
- 2 stalks of celery
- Tomato Juice, organic if possible
- (1) Stick of Detox Boost
- you might try adding; horseradish, limes, dill, and hot chilies
Instructions: Cut some of the celery in large dice, including the leaves, and puree in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Add the horseradish, dill, chilies, and lime juice and process until thoroughly blended. Pour over some ice and enjoy!
